  • Diversified Technique is used to manually adjust patients.
  • Thompson Technique uses "drop" table to assist with the adjustment. 
  • Activator is a tool used to gently adjust the elderly and those who need less velocity.
  • Graston Techniqueis a treatment for soft tissue injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fascists, shin splints, tennis elbow, fibromyalgia, knee and shoulder pains.
  • Flexion Distraction table is used to stretch the spine with an automatic table.
  • Pediatric treatment is low velocity treatment for children who are having problems with ear infections, constipation, stiff neck, colic, bed wetting and a wide variety of other ailments.
  • Kinesio Taping Method is a rehabilitative latex-free taping that assists in the healing process by supporting the stability of muscles while allowing the body to move in a natural way. This is a safe treatment for all ages and activity levels.

 

  • Ultrasound
  • Interferential Therapy is used to stimulate the effected muscle group and increase the blood flow to relax the muscle.
  • Hot/Cold Packs Heating a muscle with a moist pack can reduce the tension and increase circulation to alleviate pain while cold therapy reduces swelling. 
  • Trigger Points are localized muscle spasms commonly found in the neck, shoulders and lower back. These persistent and often painful points are often caused by poor posture or stress. Pressure is applied to alleviate some discomfort.    
  • Massage Therapy is preformed by one of our licensed massage therpists who are trained in deep tissue, pregnancy massagy, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. This can assist with range of motion, circulation and reduce chronic pain.
  • Acupuncture is an ancient eastern modality using the meridian systems to assist in the balancing of the energy that flows through the coordinating organs. This is done with or without needles.
  • Cupping is a therapy common in eastern culture and this is done with glass cups which are placed on the skin with suction to increase blood flow to an area and allow the seperation of tissue that may be causing chronic pain.
